M&P Wellness LLC only accepts insurances from Aetna, Allways Health Partners, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, UnitedHealthcare and United Behavioral Care at this time.
With all other insurances M&P Wellness LLC is considered an Out-of-Network provider. This means we do not directly bill your insurance. If you do want to use your Out of Network Benefits, a Superbill (a Medical Receipt) can be provided, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Almost all PPO insurance plans offer Out of Network Benefits. Therefore, it’s important to discuss your Out of Network benefits with your insurance provider to determine if your plan does have this benefit and how much they would cover for an appointment.
Acceptable forms of payment include American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), Cash, and Check. The client will be expected to pay for each session at the time of service as well as provide a credit card to be kept on file for any outstanding bills or missed appointments. Please note, if you pay with cash for an out of pocket appointment you will receive a discount on the agreed upon fee.
If you are unable to attend your session, please call at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not call to cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
